It has been awhile...............

since I have posted anything on this blog...Food has been frustrating to me because I want and need to make better choices yet doubt if that will happen in October. I was really really down on myself last night and then reviewed and saw that yes I could have made better choices yet the choices that I made yesterday were not horrible especially considering the day...when I just ate one meal and one snack....it feels weird to me to be wanting to do better with food and make better choices and such and then lately need to encourage myself to eat more and oh do I need to be drinking water I have got to get that back in daily life and lots of water also.......................so anyone who happens to read this ideas for those days when one does not feel like eating but knows one should what to eat....I am wanting ideas for like little meals thru out the day instead of meals I do better with eating like 4- 6 times but mini meals...............
